5.0 out of 5 stars brilliant parenting book - shame it's not more widely known, 17 Jun 2009
By Natalie Hansen (Herts, England) - See all my reviews
The worst things I can say about this book is that it has a slightly 1970's feel to it, and that it is probably longer than most people would want in a parenting book. It is, however, well worth the effort, and in fact is broken down into separate chapters according to age, so you only need to read those chapters that are relevant to you.
Using transactional anaylsis as its foundation, this book is positive, reassuring, knowledgable, extremely interesting and thought-provoking.
Brilliant.
