5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, buy it!, 30 Jan 2001
An excellent manual on the subject. Master Yudelove manages to losslessly distill some very effective practices that he has learnt from Master Mantak Chia and others, and present them in an extremely effective and logical curriculum. In the 14 weeks you are taught a host of effective and vital foundation techniques that will provide an exceptional base from which to build on. From a martial viewpoint this book is also exceptionally valuable in developing the inner foundations of the arts. This is without doubt a very valuable work on Taoist practices and cultivation of the three treasures and _not_ some manufactured 'self help' book as the title may suggest. As for the complaints listed above; 'simplistic re-hash' and 'inaccurate acupuncture points,' I do not know where these people are getting these complaints. The text and illustrations are very clear and easy to follow, but by no means does this imply 'a simplistic re-hash.' You should buy this book if you're interested in learning and practicing powerful and effective Chi Kung and Taoist techniques properly. Practice for the 100 days and you _will_ be impressed at the results.

5.0 out of 5 stars This is a really remarkable book., 16 Mar 1999

"100 Days..." provides a rare combination of unique practice; any more or less advanced student may find helpful tips, easy to learn but hard to discover; and - maybe the most important one - the books teaches us to be happy by our being with the Way since happiness is the natural state of human mind. I think that "100 Days..." is a must for all Qigong enthusiasts around the world, regardless of the style or background.

5.0 out of 5 stars The best way to learn the "way", 3 Mar 1999
By A Customer
Eric Yudelove has written a really wonderful book. The Healing Tao meditations were never difficult, but the way they are usually taught - through weekend or one-week seminars - can leave you feeling confused, especially if the material is new. As students, we need time to assimilate the material, and a roadmap to guide us through it. Eric's method - to divide the material into 14 weekly lessons, each of which builds upon the previous - makes perfect sense. It's well thought out and well written, and too bad he didn't publish it earlier - I'd have saved a lot of time.
