Whilst this book is full of handy advice, I do not recommend it for UK residents as the recipes contain products only available in the USA.

i brought this book as i have type 2 diabetes was disappointed with some of the recipes thought you were supposed to cut out as much sugar as possible just stated carbohydrates not how much sugar

unfortunatley this book is written for the american market.I think you would need a reference book with you if shopping for ingredients.Had I have known the format I would not have bought this.
