Sirona Knight's book is sweet, but it seems to gloss over topics of interest and jump straight into the spells which constitute a good half of this slim volume.
In this sense it feels a little fluffy and perhaps targeting the new age readers who like spells but do not wish to actually be considered witches.

However, if you dont skip over the first half and are armed with some salt, you can find some interesting things, albeit in short.
It has a detailed list of descriptions of known inhabitants of the faery realm, plant-life that they particularly like and animal symbology. It also has fae-orientated information about the Wheel of the Year explaining what the faeries are doing at each time.
Despite this, I saw regular inconsistancies with other published works on the faery realm on their natures which if you are planning to work with certain beings may be dangerous if she is actually wrong.

So,if you're prepared to not take everything as fact and to not take this as the final word on the fae (it is too slim a book to do so) you may find some useful correspondances Im yet to read elsewhere.
Admittedly it is a 'sweet' book with artistic script and pretty ink illustrations. There are poems, stories or short pathworkings (very good ones actually) opening each chapter which are worth owning the book alone.
Those interested in the feri FAITH will not find much here.
However if you're just here for spells for love and beauty and friendship this is packed with 'spells' you will adore.
