This is a good book if your objective is solely to be a CEO and forget everyone who helps you along the way. I suggest you read it after reading a more fundamental skills-related book on leadership. I purchased this book and another one I recommend: ""The Leader's Guide: 15 Essential Skills""--also on Amazon.com.-- it will arm you with a well-established foundation first.
