Learn how to do the basics on your Prius. There is no book like this aailable in the UK but this book does cover All the features of the Prius, after all they have only made 3 models since production began !
Helpfully covers more mundane things such as brakes, engine and trim, but I wouldntgo near the High VOltage System, and it does warn you to stay away from that !
Certainly worth buying for pre MOT and everyday servicing !

I've always bought Haynes Manuals for any vehicle I've bought, but this one is the most useless! Want a circuit diagram? They say: "It would be impossible to show all the wiring in the Prius..." So there is no diagram.

In so may chapters - particularly the hybrid part - they say "This area of the car is beyond the scope of this manual". There is no mention of accessing the cars diagnostics from the drivers display screen. (Hint: Google 'Prius Diagnostics')

I still don't know where some of the major components are. I'll probably find the electric motors when I get the car up on a ramp - it certainly isn't shown in the Haynes book.

You'll probably find out more about the car by using the Internet...
