This is a wonderful book. I only bought it the day before yesterday and I am already half way through. I plan to re-read it straight away and refer back to it throughout the rest of my life. I am going to order it for at least two friends as I really do think that it can change anyone's life for the better.

We all know that we are meant to be positive in life, but Louise Hay's affirmations actually give you tangible ways to do just that. After just two days, I feel totally and utterly different about everything. I am three months pregnant and was feeling quite worried and anxious about the pregnancy, about becoming a parent and bringing the child up, but now I am not at all! I am also feeling better about difficult relationships with certain family members, my job, my husband's search for a new job as we want to relocate to a different part of the county, my body....... everything!!

I am sure that all of Louise Hay's book are just as brilliant and I am looking forward to reading more of them soon. (Also read OSHO everyone!!)

Like all the books that I read from Louise Hay this is really good, but I think it is specially good for someone that wants to begin to look to it's life in a diferent way but don't know really where to start. Enjoy life!!!
