I bought this book after going through Sasha Kagan's website. I was very happy with the beautiful photographs. I also loved the designs for blankets and throws. However, there were only large sizes given for sweater patterns. The design (shape) of the sweaters were very fussy and outdated. I think that the beautiful patterns would be complimented more if the designs were kept simple. I would not knit any of the sweaters according to the patterns given but would probably adapt the patterns to other designs. Further, some of the designs uses Rowna's DK knits and they will soon be going out of production.

The front cover of this book did not live up to its content. It was very 1980s and similar to her previous books. Having said that her use of colour is just beautiful. I am sure I will never knit any of these designs, but it is good to have a new knitting book as they are so few and far between these days.
