2.0 out of 5 stars Fairly useless if you want your teams to be self directed., 29 Jun 1997
By A Customer
This is a fairly weak recapitulation of shibboleths found in other texts and utter useless if you want to train teams to be self directed. The author thinks teams are groups of people in the workplace to achieve goals set for them from "above." The time for that kind of thinking is long past.

4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent fast reading, 29 Mar 1998
By A Customer
Gives an accurate overview of what it takes to get teams to cooperate. And it does this within 50 minutes.
