Unlike most self-help books, this one is completely practical and down-to-earth. Definitely worth considering for anyone wishing to discover more about themselves.

Any book by Charles Whitfield is a must read and this book was also an ecellent book. You should buy any Whitfield book as he is the master in explaining Co-dependency and the real self.
