Not bad...but not too good either. I personally found the "The Book of IRC: The Ultimate Guide to Internet Relay Chat" by Alex Charalabidis a much better read. I preferred the other book to this one because it gave me info on running an IRC server which is what I was really looking for. This book is okay.
