I found this book thoroughly enjoyable; it has great line drawings and many pictures of each ship of the class, especially Prinz Eugen. Each vessel is covered from inception to destruction and the war career of the three completed ships is explained. All refits are mentioned and camouflage drawings are included. The specifications of the class are highly detailed, with drawings of machinery spaces and armour. I recomend this book if you have a liking for German warships of the Second World War, and I have found it to be the only one on the subject of this class. A must have.

This book is another superb account from these authors about WW2 German ships. Each unit is dealt with in great depth and the the photographs and plan drawings included are so good it would be difficult to better them. This book would be of immense value to anybody wishing to model any of the ships as the plans and photos illustrate the differences between the ships as well as covering the smaller more obscure details they contained. An excellent work of naval reference. You will not be dissapointed!
