Our wonderful past year!
We have had a great time helping people cope with allergies by creating a healthier diet! We use over 20 different flours and over 30 alternative ingredients to create tasty and attractive desserts and breakfast foods. The best thing is that last year my son tested completely free of all his allergies! It was almost miraculous! We love being able to tell other parents that this, too, shall pass! If you have a child allergic to wheat than this book is probably going to help you. However, my kid's allergic to nuts, seeds, coconut, chocolate, eggs and milk. There are very few recipes in this book that are any use to us. I found that the Food Allergy Network publishes a much better cookbook, Food Allergy News Cookbook.

This book is full of great information, from substitution of ingredients and creative baking ideas to strategies for coping with, and reducing allergy problems.

This specialty cookbook was just what we needed to prepare wholesome and delicious treats that our daughter, her frinds and the whole family could enjoy. The recipes are easy to follow and the substitution charts are wonderful for concocting our own recipes as well.
