3.0 out of 5 stars Good, but not up to normal GURPS standard, 20 Mar 2007
Don't get me wrong, this book isn't bad. But it is disappointing. Gurps Sourcebooks are normally of a very high standard. Well presented, thought provoking and thoroughly research. This book, as an extrapolation of the earlier 3rd edition rules book, Gurps Fantasy, really only extends the timeline and updates current events. And, in my opinion the update is not very imaginative. There was enormous potential for introducing new events and new lands or seismic shake-ups in the world order, but things are fairly tame and predictable. An opportunity missed.
