I strongly recommend the book of Warren Rachele for all people that need to learn Object Pascal with Delphi and never done this. I never programmed before to start reading this book. Now, I think I have a quite good formation to start to program alone, and only after reading the text. Is a very useful support! Thank you very much Warren to help us in learning OP in a such a clear and simple way.
