A number of people have questioned me on my comments above, especially on my comment that "better sources of information exist." I suggest perusing http://www.winntmag.com/issues/jul96/roadmap.htm for some alternatives. In particular, I've heard good things about LearnKey (http://www.learnkey.com). (I have no affiliation with either of the above organizations.)
