Product Description

This reference catalogues the prints of Pop artist Roy Lichtenstein, who created more than 350 graphic works over a span of 50 years. It catalogues and reproduces each of the artist's original prints, as well as posters, book and magazine illustrations, announcements and more. This second edition includes 23 prints created between 1993 and Lichtenstein's death in 1997. Among the important works added to this edition are the "Nudes" series and the "Brushstroke Still Lifes".


About the Author

Corlett, a native of Painesville, Ohio, resides in Falls Church, Virginia. She is research exhibition assistant in the Department of Modern Prints and Drawings at the National Gallery of Art, Washington. Fine, a Philadelphian by birth, is curator of modern prints and drawings at the National Gallery of Art.
