5.0 out of 5 stars Wrestlecrap, 1 Jan 2004
By A Customer
After slowly becoming a weekly ready of the website i was glad to hear the book was coming out, after much waiting i became very much into the book, it's well written and went well above expectations.
This book is great for any wrestling fan it not only highlights the gimmick side of wrestling but also backstage interaction that manipulated what we see each week, Wrestlecrap is a great insight and is well worth a look in.

4.0 out of 5 stars For those who can't remember, 10 Nov 2004

This book is definitely written from a fan's perspective and as such is a very easy read. I finished it within 2 days (but I was familiar with many of the entries). If you've read Hogan's or Foley's books then some of this stuff will be familiar, and a lot of the Monday Night War stuff is better presented in Sex, Lies & Headlocks, but on the whole this is a well researched and entertaining read. More on the older gimmicks (pre-1980) would have been nice.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wrestlecrap Is Not Crap!, 13 Jan 2004
This book was written by RD Reynolds and Randy Baer. The book outlines the worst gimmicks and storylines in the WWF/E and WCW. It also tells about the movies that Hulk Hogan made, all of them were crap!(I don't know how the author's got through Santa With Muscles, it sounds terrible)Some of the worst gimmicks included a dyslexic wrestler(Evad Sullivan, 'Dave' spelled backwards), a wrestler who dressed up like a bull (Mantaur) and a match where the wrestlers fought over a turkey! This book was excellent and was very humourous. I give it 5 stars.
