The third & final installment of Cahor Witch Trilogy. Although their arch nemesis is dead the Ladies of the Lily are still in trouble. What could have been an explosive finale ran flat, I felt compelled to read it to the end just to see if the strands of plot wove together. Unfortunately they did not. The twists & turns made no sense. The characters did not develop into their full potential and to be honest did not seem to have altered perceptively from the end of the first book. It felt rushed and stuck together rather than flowing freely. Even the poetry at the beginning of each chapter no longer seemed to reflect the inner working of the plot. On the whole a very disappointing finale. Sorry
