The book stretches itself a bit to far into the self-help arena on occaision and has the distinct feel of being self-published.

However, it's really interesting if you want and inside understanding of the philosophy and processes of a very successul start up, created by smart guys just out of (and in some cases still in) Uni.

Defintely worth a read, but don't expect any great revelations or philosophers stone on how to make your own millions.
