Paralysed By Sherry Ashworth

"Paralysed" is about three friends, with normal lives until Simon is paralysed in a rugby accident. Danny, Simon's best friend, thinks it is his fault and wants to do something special so that Simon will be able to drive. Emma, Simon's girlfriend, thinks he'll walk again. Danny and Emma grow closer while Simon is stuck in a hospital bed. This book is about how they all react.

The book is written from three points of view which is really different but still really good because you can understand what each of the characters are thinking. My favourite character was Emma because she is the one I understand best and you can almost feel what she is feeling. When she is sad you feel sad.

My favourite bit of the book is when Simon starts talking to Pete in the next bed because it is funny and you feel happy that Simon has got a friend who he can talk to anytime.
I would give this book 10 out of 10, because once you pick it up you can't put it down. It is good for ages 12 up

This was the first book i read when i was exploring what i like and don't like.
I found this book really special and different its about tradegy & love.
Simon becomes paralysed due to a game of rugby.
His world changes.
Everyone around him changes.
His life is upside down but his friends don't desert him but the effect it has on them is soon to be put to the test.
