Sue Young's book is an excellent tool/workbook for the reader looking to investigate their own life processes. The three books can be taken in sequence, individually or by topic (each topic is addressed on its own in each book), representing a developing process that the reader can take at her own pace. Enlightening, enjoyable and thoroughly useful.
