5.0 out of 5 stars Wacky Urgum!!!!!, 8 Jan 2007
By Sammy (London, UK) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Urgum the Axeman (Hardcover)
Urgum the axeman is a very funny science fiction book, which is set in the past. There are many strange monsters which eat people and roam the lost desert (the place where most of the story is set). The illustrations are very detailed and help you imagine what the charactors and settings look like. I really like this book and would recomment it as a read for most humans!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Urgum is Tough and Funny!, 30 May 2008
By Lucy Jones (Bristol, England) - See all my reviews
This book has a story about Urgum who lives in a cave and fights and does what he wants, until the gods send down a 10 year old girl to sort him out. He falls down a huge scary toilet and he starts a war about paying half a penny in tax! You never know what is coming next and there are lots of jokes. My favourite person is Raymond who is chopped up and lives in lots of different bags but he is still a good fighter. Even though it is a big book theres lots of funny pictures and I read it really fast.
