Silly as this sounds, my youngest daughter is 14 months old and has been totaly uninterested in books unlike her elder sister who has been playing with them since she was 3 months. This book was the first book my youngest picked up and read with me and actually listened from start to finish. Its a topic she understands (going to visit grandma in the car) and she likes all the noises and actions on route. The pictures are lively and colourful too. This is a firm favourite in our house!
