5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent and helpful introduction, 16 Sep 2003
David Brake, an experienced IT journalist and internet guru (see www.blog.org) has written a very helpful introduction to email for the business (and personal user).

Even though I have been a business email user for some years, I would not count myself as a techie. Brake's book has illuminated a number of aspects of email (such as email etiquette, and managing email) that I never really thought about before.

I thought this was a really helpful introduction to the subject and would recommend it. My only criticism was that it was not longer, but then in a way that is perhaps the point of this sort of book, that it is concise.
