This book was by far the best book i have bought in a long time.
My Daughter suffers from an intollerance to E numbers. My health visitor recomended i look on the internet to discover which E numbers to stay away from, but every site i looked at was just to confusing. A friend of mine recomended L is for labels. It tells you every thing you need to Know about food labels and it tells you which E numbers to stay away from. It is easy to read and simple to understand. By staying away from the sugested E numbers I have noticed a big difference in my daughter. She is still very head strong but a lot calmer. Deffinately worth the money
