This book has given me the impetus to get off my backside and do something about my life. As I am now in the later part of my life it is important not to waste whetever time is left to me.

Nobody can live my life for me and I know now that I have to listen to my inner voice and go with it. When I don't do this I get into all sorts of problems, and like James Ray says, sometimes when you go with that voice you never know what it was you avoided, but you are aware that you reached the other side of the mountain unscathed.

I want to achieve harmonic wealth in my life more than anything else. My life has been a harem scarem of ups and downs and I am tired of all the scrabbling around in mediocrity getting nowhere very fast. Now I want to have a good financial base from which to work, to have a good relationship (even if it is only with myself and my friends) I want to increase my mental awareness and reach optimum physical health for my age, and finally to reach a state of spiritual awareness and acceptance which will fill me with love and peace so that I can radiate this to everyone I meet.

Thank you for the book James and I fully expect to find a huge upturn in my life over the next months.

I read this book about a month ago and can't remember a lot of what was written, which would lead me to believe that I didn't really learn much from it.

It's basic premise is that life should be abundant on all levels. There was however no new insight on how this should be achieved and so if you've read self-improvement books in the past then you've probably heard it all before.

The one thing I do remember from this book is the fact that this is essentially James Arthur Ray's interpretation of how to achieve harmonic wealth and so may not apply to everyone. This was made clear to me towards the end when he suggests that we should all eat at least a small amount of meat to be healthy. Now whatever your views on vegetarianism are, it is clear that a countless number of people can lead happy and healthy lives without eating meat. There are even olympic athletes and bodybuilders who are vegan! If James Arthur Ray found that he didn't feel healthy on a veg diet then maybe he wasn't eating a balanced one or he personally found he benefitted from the small amounts of meat he ate. This was however his personal belief and for him to suggest that we all lead by his example when we are all essentially diiferent, made him lose credibility in my eyes.

I have read so many self help books and loads on wealth dynamics. I am a coach and hypnotherapist so I am constantly reading new material to keep updated and to stay elevated.

I bought this book firstly as I liked James on 'The Secret' and secondly a friend read it and raved about it.

I found it so easy to read, so much wittier than the majority of self help books which was a breath of fresh air. I loved James take, the practical tips, the down to eath talk, and most of all his way of guiding readers as a fellow traveller, rather than as teacher.

I really salute the fact he reveals his own vulnerabilities and this takes courage and humility to do so to the public.

A REAL MUST READ...............Annie Ashdown
