4.0 out of 5 stars MONEY IN YOUR TOY BOX ?, 29 April 2003
By A Customer
One day you consider spring cleaning.I always need more space around the place. You could always trash some of these old boyhood items. Who wants that anyway ? toys , books , magazines e.t.c. But think.. ? Would some one acctually give me CASH for this dog eared , musty comic book thats been living under the bed and could this be the one thing that could afford me A brand new condo? Some old comics, American ones mainly are worth more than their weight in gold .But how will you know the big buck from the fire wood .
In A large and heavy indexed book, the Overstreet guide lists nearly all American comic books from the turn of the 20th century.Batman to The Twilight Zone, in A consise guide to the Superhero genre and beyond.Bob Overstreet has writen countless volumes of this publication and it grows thicker with each passing year. This is more than just A price guide as it also runs through as A listing on creators , artists and I find very usful as A quick referance guide if ive ever needed to find some thing.
Not every one likes comics I know this, but before you throw it away think about what you may be losing.
