About the Author
Michael Jackson, born in 1958, is commonly known as the "King of Pop". Jackson has sold more than 300 million records worldwide. His 1982 album "Thriller" remains the largest selling album of all the time. His electric performances on stage made him a public enigma and a global superstar. Jackson, in three world tours, performed in front of two billion people in 89 different countries.

Jackson was recently acquitted of charges of child molestation in the United States and is now preparing his return into the spotlight.

I attended the premier of this book in London on Apr 23rd. The book is just amazing and it's much bigger than I thought. It is mainly a picture book of Michael Jackson with tons of never seen before pictures in amazing high quality (pictures are from 1980 to the present day).

"My World The Official Photobook" also includes some very personal notes by Michael Jackson about certain eras of his life, his most famous songs, etc. - it also contains parts of the lyrics to "Bad", "Smooth Criminal", "Black or White" and "Billie Jean" -- HAND WRITTEN BY MICHAEL JACKSON (!!!!) - Simply because of this, the book is already worth much more than 14 pounds! A true piece of music history, and an insight look at Michael Jackson - the song writing genius.

Also included are the lyrics to Stranger in Moscow and a previously unknown lyric called "You are so beautiful". The paper in the book is very strong and glossy. What else? mmmmmmmmmh ... BUY IT !!! :) It's really a must have!

This comes from the horses mouth so to speak! If you ever wanted
more to know from this star then I suggest you read this book, as the way he writes is understanable and intelligent. A lot of people that have met Michael Jackson have realised a thing or too about how wrong they were. Any book Michael Jackson writes is safe to read. If a youngster read it and you want to supervise the reading of this book with them by all means do so,
no-one objects to that. It should be easy enough to explain to them anything that Michael writes. I have a previous biography of his that was written by him and I feel from this he has a lovely way of interpreting his thoughts to paper. I don't believe anyone will be disappointed with this book.
