Note: this is an AMERICAN book. The measurements within are US Imperial, and the values referred to are USD (as you'll see from the illustrations provided here). Whereas the bare bones of the book are suitable for any driver, the measurements may confuse you: be aware of this before you buy!

Note that is also comes with a CD that allows you to test your knowledge.
