5.0 out of 5 stars Manager's Notice, 27 Jul 2009
The book capturues the fundamentals not written any where else, that I have read. It is a modern day version of Machiavelli's "The Prince". It is a must read for all the managers who would like to become "leaders" in the organisation to make a "win-win" working atmosphere.
