Appears well written and researched albeit somewhat dated, must not be viewed in isolation. The UK has no real reference to it in Endocrine treatment with only one practitioner for the whole of the UK. We were looking for a panachea this was not it. The availability of slow release T3 is also problematic here. Read it with caution along with the Dr's Manual but seek Professional Advice.
