Great Book. It was very difficult to get hold of! So, I figured it must be good. I like the systems Mr. Bluskov uses and the mathematical science involved. This book is a great investment and what is particularly good is the fact that he uses minimum prices ranging from E10 - E300 depending on your available spend. I will never play random tickets anymore. Thank you for a great book.
