Hi, I’m Wanda Wigglebits, the author of “Building A School Web Site.” In my book, I encourage folks to actually write some of the language that makes the Web tick – Hyper Text Markup Language, or HTML. Like learning arithmetic before using a calculator, learning a little HTML not only provides a crucial framework for understanding the Web, it provides an important skill and a sense of mastery.
