A travel guide that is fun and easy to read, 16 Jul 2002
Chris Santilli has managed to capture the essence and spirit of Jamaica's infamous adult-only resort through her personal observations, resort statistics and the travel tales of past Hedonism II visitors. The author is not sponsored by Superclubs (the owners of the resort) and therefore can be trusted to tell it as it is - good and bad. You will find out everything you needed to know about Hedonism II and its facilities, the crowd that frequents it, how to deal with various holiday issues and how to look after your best interests. You will be able to decide whether this is the place for you and whether it is good value for your money. I found the book to be informative, truthful and entertaining. I would have liked to have seen more photographs of the resort grounds, not just of the naked people. I thoroughly recommend this book to you if: a) you are planning/have booked a holiday in Hedonism II and want to know all there is to know about it. b) your partner/child/parent/employee/employer is off to Hedonism II and you wish to know what he or she might get up to... c) you are just curious as to what kind of 'orgies' take place in this piece of Paradise, have pre-conceived ideas that you wish to confirm or disperse or are just in need of a bit of escapism in the midst of the dreadful English summer (and autumn/winter/spring!) Oh, go on... you know you want to!
