This book is a wealth of simple yet powerful ideas that illuminate the steps necessary to take in addressing today's most pressing strategic business problems. Mr. Wood has demonstrated a keen insight into identifying ways of pinpointing and capitalizing on those few elements unique to each business and work process that have tremendous leverage in achieving double and triple digit gains in time, money, and productivity. In addition, he is able to do this while guiding his readers through his technique with extreme clarity and focus. I would highly recommend this book to senior management, consultants, department heads, or anyone who is involved with improving corporate strategic focus. I was impressed with the both the scope and simplicity of the methods presented. Mr. Wood has developed a system that anyone can implement and achieve outstanding results. I would highly recommend it to anyone who sets business objectives, manages change or wants to improve their business processes.
