This book is wonderful! I really wanted to get an agent, but I was not sure how. I took Mrs. Kerr's advice in the book and guess what....I HAVE AN AGENT!!!!!!! She answers so many questions about the bussiness. Every aspect of acting from headshots to plastic surgery and even nudity is disscussed in this book. BUY IT! IT'S GREAT!

Ms. Kerr's acting book is an vital tool for anyone seeking knowledge of the acting industry. This book brings up very important issues about what is needed and what is not needed in order to make it big.The book informs you about union rules, changing your name, what to do when you get to L.A, and even lists names and phone numbers that are needed for virtually everthing needed to get started.For me, after reading this book I ran to my agents office with a scroll of questions. My questions mainly delt on why I had paid top dollar for classes, but was never informed certain things.I also know that out of the many acting books I have read already that one is by far the best! I know now that when I move to L.A. this summer I will be seeking further insight from Ms. Kerr and would hope that she would accept me as a pupil.
