4.0 out of 5 stars Visually inspiring, 27 Oct 2009
By Mr. T. Paterson (Largs,Scotland) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
A brilliant visual display of where the pressure points are with pictures to know exactly where the points are to be located.
The exercises are very helpful and easier to put into practice. Having a visual display of the exercises, makes them simpler and quicker to put them into practice.

The layout of the stand up display book is very effective and to display exactly what area you want to work on very quick. This can be seen when working with your hands occupied.
