About the Author

A A Milne is best known as the creator of Winnie-the-Pooh and that bear's escapades with his friends in the Hundred Acre Wood. He was also a very successful playwright (Toad of Toad Hall) and novelist. Milne died in Sussex in 1956, aged 76. Foreword writer Ann Thwaite is a writer, who researched and wrote the official biography of AA Milne. She lives in Norfolk. AA Milne is best known as the creator of Winnie-the-Pooh and that bear's escapades with his friends in the Hundred Acre Wood.
