I thought the first book was great - 'Learn to sign with Olli', and would be very hard to beat for it's clear reproduction of the signs and the ingenioous way the stories are used to help remember them. However 'Learn to sign and cook with Olli' is fantastic! Providing all the signs for food and food preperation this book is not only a packed resource for sign language but also a great text for learning how to cook - with healthy eating information as well as some great recipes that help kids get into the kitchen. I couldn't wait for more books in this series and now i can't wait for book 3!

Great production. Lots of variety..rhymes, snapshot stories, current food topics. Bright and inviting. Signing images easy to follow.
Every home/nursery/school should have a copy

Fantastic!!! I thought 'Learn to sign with Olli' would take some beating - this compliments it brilliantly! I have a 5 year old who can't yet read - but is using the index to tell me about the foods he's had (or would like!) I whole heartedly recommend this for any childcare setting. It is totally accessible for both Deaf and hearing children - one of the few that would appeal to both - equally, bridging the gap in a way that children don't notice, but respond to easily. I look forward to seeing more!
