4.0 out of 5 stars Redundancy & Managing Change, 17 Mar 2009
Redundancy and Managing Change

I'm not sure what Brizzle geek was expecting, but I think this book does exactly what it says on the tin!

It's full of really useful things to think about when approaching such a project, that even with years of experience of handling change, may not otherwise have entered your mind. In typical Jaluch style, it is written in a practical, down-to-earth and user-friendly manner and offers commercially-focused tips and examples that any business leader should find insightful.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not very impressed, 4 Feb 2009
Some useful basic info but not detailed enough to deal with the more complex issues which arise out of redundancy. I was expecting more pratical tips to deal with the difficulties that arise in redundancy and restructuring situations.
