Wow, this is the best book I have found that helps me deal with all the stress in my life. It has made such a difference for me. Carolyn Matheson has written a straightforward book in a language I can understand that gives me the ideas I need without all the theory that so many people include that doesn’t help at all. This book is a must for everyone. We all get stressed at some time or other and Carolyn has got a solution for everything.

It's incredible the amount of useful information I seem to simply forget as I progress through life, and it's for that exact reason that this book is so useful. The information contained within is packed with real-world examples of why stressing gets you nowhere, and is in the short, concise format that I need to be able to access the information as and when I want. I have read the book twice now, and always keep it close at hand, an essential tool for the stress-head!
