This book is awesome. It's highly practical, and covers a lot of critical areas including time management, effective decision making, leadership, marketing and building customer relationships and loyalty. Highly recommended.

The Author is the UK Version of the experts at the other side of the atlantic. This book is a must read for anyone who want to start a business or even for someone who has already got a job I mean business.
Brian has tick all the boxes.

Yes - this is an excellent book, packed with great case studies, models and practical tips and techniques. But it is more than just your standard business book. The case studies by real entrepreneurs and successful business people make the theories come alive and the added value you get from the book - in terms of access to a growing online library justify the cover price
