I have ordered several copies of the ITIL Process Model to use within my organisation. We have all found this chart very useful - it indicates the key areas of Service Delivery and Service Support in a colourful and informative manner.

I would recommend purchasing the ITIL Process Model to anyone involved with an IT Helpdesk environment.

We purchased copies of this for all our students, it forms part of their review material and is a good reference guide, showing not only the major processes but also the use of all major documents and the point they are created, updated and closed.

The format is a laminated double sided A3 chart, and having purchased over 100 so far, we think it is excellent quality.

I would definately recommend purchasing this item, very useful wall chart and very easy to read due to good layout and colourful presentation.

Definately an essential piece of kit not just for studying for the ITIL exams but also for anyone working in an IT department.
