I can't reccomend this book highly enough, it is pure genius, whoever Ralph Tritt is he must go down in history as THE funniest letter writer EVER!I have read the book over and over again and find myself laughing more and more with each read. You should order this book right away you will not regret it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Funny in isolation, but not the best of genre, 5 Jan 2005
Many of Ralph Tritt's letters are funny, and there are a few real gems with a great ironic sting, but the book lacks the consistant intelligence and creative genius of Robin Coopers 'Time Waster Letters'. As a result it is very hit and miss, with some letters even repeated to similar organisations, and some where I've been scratching my head, wondering what is funny about it.

Better than 'Letters from a Nut', on a par with the (politically dated) Henry Root, but the 'Time Waster Letters' is by far the best to go for.

5.0 out of 5 stars ho ho ho!, 8 Nov 2003

I have not been able to eat turkey since. Or before as I am a strict vegetarian. My wife and I enjoyed this book hugely and would recommend it to both our friends.
