I would recommend thus book to anyone who is having a caesarean to help prepare them for the procedure. Recovery is easier when you know what to expect. This book gives you several perspectives as everyone's experience is different. It is short enough to read in one sitting, great when you are busy trying to prepare for your babies arrival!
