A fantastic book for the spiritually minded., 19 April 2002
This is a great book for those with an open mind, searching for answers to why we are here. It is not religious but instead introduces a new way of looking at life from a spiritual perspective. It deals with reincarnation, afterlife, the life-plan, angels and spirit guides and the stages and levels involved in the spiritual journey. It explains why negative events occur, in a comforting manner. I feel that the authors true belief in the material in this book and the genuine desire to help others in their own spiritual development comes through in his words. One of the most interesting parts of this book is the concept of the "spiritual three", which I have never come across before. Understanding this will help in comming to grips with other topics covered. All the information has been channelled from spirit and you can tell it has the genuine aim to help others follow and fulfil their own spiritual path. Some of the concepts are a little difficult to accept at first, for example, "Hitler fulfils his spiritual destiny". But if you stick with it, it all comes together and begins to make sense. The author uses his own life to give past life evidence and to show his own spiritual journey from Atheist to a man clearly dedicated to spirit, which also helps in the understanding of this book. He also shows how "coincidences", are in-fact part of the life-plan comming together and that putting it down to coincidence is simply our own sceptical nature doubting it. The author deals with serious issues but in a light-hearted way, which adds to the understanding and enjoyment of this book. In my opinion this book is suited to those looking to find their own path and the meaning of life, although I would consider myself a beginner with only a basic knowledge and this book has helped me find my own path and answered all of the questions that were on my mind. If you have already read, Conversations with God, then this book will appeal to you as it takes some of the same concepts and develops them in more detail. I found this an intriguing book, one which i will continue to read over and over, as each time I gain a little more knowledge as I pick up something new. I recommend that you give this book a try.
