Alan Gibson's finest moment was convincing Matt Le Tissier to appear on Peacenik, a compilation of Southampton bands. A Saints fan since watching them win the FA cup in 1976, he teaches martial arts in Southampton, and his previous book 'Why Wing Chun Works' contiues to sell around the world.

Howard Bowden's finest momet was playing Freddie Mercury's Barcelona while Dell DJ in the 90s. The Man Utd fans' reaction, having seen their team lose to Barca in a European tie earlier that week, led to an FA warning and the Daily Star headline 'Barceloony'. A Saints fan since watching them beat Crystal Palace 6-0 in 1972, he has worked as a journalist in Fleet Street and currently works in PR. A member of London Saints, Howard lives in West London where he regularly tends his piece of Dell turf in the back garden.
