Green's Guide is a wonderful resource. Paul Green and Laura Taylor have done an excellent job compiling data on UK or British Annuals. As a collector from the United States, there is finally a book to help me in collecting these annuals. Before the guide was released, I had to search the web and collectible/comic book shops and shows, discovering titles that exist. The guide doesn't cover all annuals, but still is extensive resource and provides an excellent starting point on annual collecting. I understand from Laura Taylor they are already working on an update to include annuals not included in this current edition. I highly recommend this guide to anyone interested in UK TV, Music & Comic Book annuals or to those interested in expanding the traditional US comic, magazine and book collections.

Greens guide is the first book of it's kind to cover the world of collecting annuals so extensively. The book is strikingly eye-catching and glossy. contains some interesting features.I would never had believed that there were so many annuals out there. this guide has extensive, detailed listings, lots of pictures of annual covers including a beautiful colour section, and a section at the back which is a cross reference guide which alphabetically lists music artists, TV and film stars etc.If you look up say Michael j fox it will tell you what type of feature it is and what annual/s it appears in. as a collector and a dealer greens guide is a companion i would never be without. A++

i really enjoyed reading this book it takes you back to your childhood when you could not wait for your birthday or christmas and recieving the annual you wanted. this book explains with pictures and with words all the annuals you recieved when you were young. i would recommend this book as the ultimate book to buy if you are interested in collecting annuals.
