A quality publication of the UK's largest ever retail and leisure project. The book reflects the essence of what the Development of Bluewater itself represents. An accurate history of the 5 year development of the project, explaining the process, importance of vision & teamwork, and community focus. Lessons for anyone interested in undertaking large property projects. A clear insight into how Lend Lease, the international property & financial services company approaches landmark developments.

The book demonstrates how the project sought to genuinely understand the customer, provide a solution that genuinely responded to the desires of its future customers and respected its surrounding community & neigbours. The book is a non-profit project and each book sold will contribute to a Kent community charity.
